Look, I know it doesn’t look great haha but I whipped up some burritos for lunch yesterday and my god were they delicious - I had two!!
Ingredients:
Black beans, Corn, brown onion, Cauliflower, Diced Tomatoes, Fresh tomatoes, Cumin, Coriander, Paprika and Chilli flakes. With lettuce, carrot and a little cheese as toppings 👌
