Went for a run in my Umass gear! It was only about a mile, but I ran basically the whole thing which I’m happy about. I’m just starting to get into running (after trying for like 2 years) and I ran 3 times this week so I’m happy!
And of course post run smoothie ala @championsaremade frozen nanas, peanut and cashew butter, soy milk and lots of vanilla! Tasted like a milkshake!
Feeling good, gonna make some roasted chickpeas and my dad bought my childhood favorite dessert for tonight, so I’m happy :)
